In 2025, PolymerLinks India Private Limited collaborated with Youthreach in the Sulka village in Bawal, Haryana. The programme aims to promote digital literacy among rural students in Sulkha and its neighbouring villages. This initiative is presently being implemented at the Government Girls Senior Secondary School in Sulkha Village, Bawal, Haryana.

(a) Digital Literacy Programme

As digital literacy is important for establishing a presence in the contemporary world, it provides opportunities for rural youth in terms of education, financial inclusion, and employability. Lacking the ability to use digital technologies means that there are numerous things that simply can’t be done or accessed. Possessing digital literacy allows for improving the efficiency required in the job.

Keeping this in mind, the Digital Literacy Programme is being implemented for the rural students and youth to prepare them for a new breed of the workplace by teaching them how to thrive and survive in this internet-dominated world, which is now as important as reading and writing. Enrolled students are being trained by a NIIT trained and certified computer trainer.
