A. Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Programme

1. Construction and Maintenance of Toilets in Govt. Schools

We initiated Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) interventions to ensure clean toilets in schools and promote good health and hygiene among the students. In FY 2025-26, under this programme, we constructed 10 units (20 toilets) across 8 Government Schools. We continue to maintain these toilets. These toilets are fully functional and are being used by the students of the respective schools. We have assigned cleaners to these schools to ensure daily cleanliness.   

2. Construction of Drinking Water Facility with R.O. in Govt. School

In FY 2026-27, we constructed a drinking water facility with R.O. in Government Senior Secondary School in Badhrana, Bawal, Haryana with the objective of providing purified drinking water to the students, teachers and other staff members of the school.

B. Education

1. Digital Literacy Programme in Govt. School

The Digital Literacy Programme was initiated in FY 2026-27. Under this intervention, a Digital Literacy Centre was established at Govt. Senior Secondary School, Badhrana, Bawal, Haryana.The objective is to provide basic computer education to rural youth, enabling them to develop essential digital skills and knowledge within their own community.

C. Skill Development

1. Cutting and Tailoring Training Programme

The Cutting and Tailoring Programme was initiated in FY 2025-26 with the aim of empowering women, reducing poverty, and promoting sustainable development in rural areas. Under this intervention, two centres were set up: a permanent centre in Bawal city and a mobile centre (relocated every 4 months) to train girls/women to develop their skills in cutting, tailoring, stitching and embroidery. This course is offered in affiliation with USHA International Ltd.

D. Other Community Development Initiatives

1. Installation of Solar Street Lights

Among other community development initiatives, We installed solar street lights across multiple villages in Bawal to improve night visibility, reduce accident risks, and enhance community security. Utilising solar power is central to our commitment to sustainability-it significantly conserves electrical energy, reduces dependence on the grid, and harnesses clean, renewable energy to create a safer environment for residents.
